Private placement  ·  High ticket closers and setters

Our closers are not looking for work.
They are waiting for the right seat.

2-3 of them on your desk in ten days, chosen against your offer and cleared by us before you ever see a name. You choose. They sell. The seat stays filled.

I
The gamble

A bad hire never costs you his commission. It costs you the leads.

Forty applications land. Three have ever closed at your ticket size. You interview strangers for two weeks, pick the best talker, and hand him the pipeline you paid thousands to build. Sixty days pass before you find out. By then the leads are gone and there is nothing to recover.

Forty applicants. How many can prove anything they claim.

Two weeks interviewing. Sixty days before the truth arrives.

Every lead he touched. Spent, and unrepeatable.

II
The process

We clear them. You choose.

Intake

Thirty minutes to define the seat. Ticket size, lead volume, comp, what the rep actually has to do. If the seat cannot feed one of our closers, we decline it. Our people only sit where they win. It is the reason they stay.

Selection

We go to the roster and to the closed rooms behind it, then we choose against your offer specifically. The reps worth having are already collecting somewhere. They are not reading job boards.

The gate

We verify the record where a record exists, then we test what they can actually do. A live roleplay run on your offer. References from the owners they sold for. Some of the sharpest people we place have short histories and undeniable skill. We would rather send you a hungry closer with two years than a tired one with ten.

Delivery

2-3 cleared candidates inside ten days. You interview. You choose. We ramp the seat through week one and hand you a rep already selling.

III
The arrangements

Two ways to hold a seat.

One time

Placement

We hand you the closer. You run him.

Chosen against your offer, not from a list

2-3 cleared candidates in ten days

Comp structure written and ramp week run

Forty five day guarantee. One reseat, free

Retained  ·  Most owners hold this

Placement and Held Seat

We hand you the closer. Then we hold the seat.

Everything in Placement

Your rep reports his numbers to us daily, not to you

One weekly page. Sets, shows, closes, cash collected

Underperformance surfaces in week one, not month three

Standing access to the roster. The seat never sits open

You never read another application

We are not your rep's sales coach. We do not place people who need one. What we hold is the seat itself. Who fills it, whether he is producing, and how fast he is replaced when he is not.

IV
Selection

We decline more seats than we take.

Our closers are the product. Put one in a seat that cannot feed him and we lose him, so we are careful about whose offer we accept.

Accepted

Offer owners and coaches closing their own calls

Real lead flow, more calls than you can take

An offer that already converts

Agency founders stuck taking every demo themselves

Declined

Cold calling seats with no inbound flow

Seats with nothing on the calendar to work

Unproven offers that have never sold

Anyone who wants a warm body, not a closer

The guarantee

Placement

Forty five days to know you chose right. If the fit is wrong, we seat someone else. Once, free, no forms.

Retained

You are not hiring a person. You are holding a seat, and a held seat is never open. Whatever happens in it, a cleared closer is back on live calls inside a week. That is what the retainer buys.

Reseated inside seven days

What does it cost

Placement is a flat fee. A held seat is a monthly retainer. Both quoted after intake, because the price follows the seat. No percent of salary games.

Where do your closers come from

The closed rooms where high performers actually operate, and the private programs that produce them. Not job boards, not applicant piles. Every candidate clears the same gate before you see his name: the record verified where a record exists, a live roleplay on your offer, and references from owners he sold for.

Do you train reps

We do not run a course. We recruit out of the rooms that produce the best reps, including the private programs most owners have never heard of. Some of the most dangerous closers alive are two years in with nothing to show but skill. Those are the ones nobody else finds, and they clear the same gate as everyone else.

How fast is this really

Candidates on your desk in ten days or less. Most reps are on live calls inside two weeks of the first conversation.

I already have a team

Then intake is faster. Tell us which seat is open or which one is slipping and we choose against it. We will also tell you straight whether the problem is the rep or the lead flow feeding him.

Intake

An empty seat is the most expensive thing you own.

Thirty minutes to spec it. We tell you what to hire, and whether we will take the seat. No cost. No deck. A straight answer.
